Giant molybdenum crucible

The production process of giant molybdenum crucibles mainly includes vacuum melting method to produce pure molybdenum ingots, hot rolling into slabs, spinning equipment to spin the slabs, and surface treatment of semi-finished products obtained from spinning. ‌

Firstly, the vacuum melting method is used to produce pure molybdenum ingots, which is the fundamental step in making molybdenum crucibles. Next, the pure molybdenum ingot is hot-rolled into a slab, in order to obtain raw materials suitable for spinning. Then, the slab is placed in a gas furnace for stress relief annealing to reduce internal stress, followed by alkali washing and surface cleaning to ensure that the molybdenum plate has no defects such as cracks, peeling, delamination, pits, etc. Finally, the slab is spun using spinning equipment to obtain semi-finished products, which are then surface treated to achieve the required products. ‌
The giant molybdenum crucible produced by this method can meet the size requirements, surface and metallurgical requirements. The quality of the molybdenum crucible produced is good, the production cycle is short, the weight is light, and the transportation is convenient. This method fills the technical gap in the manufacturing of this type of molybdenum crucible in China, and has enormous market value and potential economic value.

Strong Corrosion Experiment: Molybdenum crucibles have good corrosion resistance to strong acids, strong bases, and other corrosive substances, and are commonly used in experiments to test and analyze these substances. For example, in chemical laboratories, molybdenum crucibles can be used to determine the acidity, solubility, and stability of various chemical substances. ‌

Pyrolysis experiment: Molybdenum crucibles are widely used in pyrolysis experiments due to their excellent high-temperature resistance. For example, in analytical chemistry, molybdenum crucibles can be used to pyrolyze solid samples, decompose organic and inorganic substances, and perform further analysis and testing. ‌
