On July 13th, our company organized a monthly team dinner event, which was held in outdoor places that are particularly suitable for summer in the local area: large camping sites and urban flower house campsites.

 

On the morning of the event, we went to the supermarket to buy a lot of food and props and prizes needed for the event. Of course, we had colleagues who were specifically responsible for planning the event. We brainstormed and designed several activities together. Because some of the participants were outgoing and cheerful, while others were introverted, team activities required everyone's participation. These activities not only increased everyone's participation, but also made everyone happy.

 

After we arrived at the venue at 7 pm, the company leaders gave a concluding speech, and then began to carry out activities separately. The first game was a team relay race, where we held balloons with our legs and walked quickly; The second game is a team relay race where players walk blindfolded after spinning in place; The third game, tug of war competition; The fourth game is skipping rope, and there are several competitions in various events.

 

 

After the event, it was already around 8 pm and everyone was hungry. We started a barbecue with various exquisite ingredients, and everyone had a great time chatting while eating.

 

Finally, we sang and danced at the campsite, and everyone enjoyed the gathering time outside of work very much.
